Problems with the conventional mesh screen printing for thinner film printing
The mesh screen is formed by interweaving threads , and the paste volume will be subject to mesh total thickness and its mesh opening ratio, so there arise limitations for thinner paste printing.
Improvements
Because the layers of this stencil do not overlap like a mesh screen and thickness of each layer can be selected freely, it is possible to print thin paste film. Also, thickness of the first and second layers can be selected freely and fine-tuned based on the printing results.
There are no overlaps (crossings) of mesh-like lines.

This stencil enables thinner layer printing than mesh screen.
The multi-layer stencil can meet various needs with flexible design.
